credit card statement + A 4% surcharge will be added to ALL Amercian
Express and Diners Charges + Please make cheques payable to Mining
2000 Pty Ltd. + Delegates will receive a confirmation
letter and tax invoice
CANCELLATION
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical
Events
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made on those cancellations
received before 10 October 2008.
3. No refunds will be made after 10 October 2008.
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.
