CANCELLATION
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical
Events
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made on those
cancellations received before Friday 7 October
2011
3. No refunds will be made after 7 October 2011
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference
