CANCELLATION:
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing
to Vertical Events
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be
made on those cancellations received before Friday 17
May 2013
3. No refunds will be made after Friday 17 May 2013
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of
the conference
