Early Bird Registration (applicable until 8 May 2015) $800.00 + $80.00 GST = $880.00
Standard Registration (applicable after 8 May 2015) $800.00 + $80.00 GST = $880.00

Early Bird and Standard Registration includes attendance to the presentations and Exhibition Area, lunches and tea breaks each day and attendance to the Conference Cocktail Function on Tuesday 16 June 2015.

PAYMENT:
+ Registration forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration
+ Registration fees can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners
   – you will see “Vertical Events” on your credit card statement
+ A 2.64% surcharge will be added to ALL American Express and a 4% surcharge added to Diners Charges
+ Please make cheques payable to Vertical Events
+ Delegates will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice

CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be made in writing to Vertical Events prior to Tuesday 2 June 2015. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference. No refunds for cancellations made after Tuesday 2 June 2015.
