PAYMENT + Registration forms must be
accompanied by payment of the registration + Registration fees can be paid
by Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, American Express and
Diners – you will see “Vertical
Events” on your credit card statement + A 4% surcharge will be added
to ALL Amercian Express and Diners Charges + Please make cheques payable
to Vertical Events + Delegates will receive a confirmation
letter and tax invoice
CANCELLATION
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing
to Vertical Events
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made
on those cancellations received before 12
September 2007.
3. No refunds will be made after 12 September 2007.
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.
