RATES AND REGISTRATION

To register for the 2009 WA OSH Conference and Exhibition, download the Delegate Registration Form (pdf) to complete and submit a registration.

Delegates are encouraged to register early to take advantage of the early bird rates

Early bird registration closes on Friday 19 June 2009.

All rates are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST

Pre-Conference Sessions

Full Delegate

Registration Inclusions

Full Delegate
The registration fee for a full delegate includes:
- attendance at all conference sessions
- entry to the exhibition area
- entry to the welcome reception
- entry to the networking lunches Tuesday – Wednesday
- refreshment breaks
- delegate USB drive containing exhibitor information
- conference program

The conference proceedings will be available online approximately 2 weeks after the conclusion of the event. An email will be sent to Full Delegates to advise when the proceedings will be available and instructions on how to access the site.

Day Delegate
Day registration includes (on the day nominated):
- attendance at all conference sessions
- entry to the exhibition area
- entry to the welcome reception (Tuesday day delegates only)
- entry to the networking lunch
- refreshment break
- delegate USB drive containing exhibitor information
- conference program

Exhibition Booth Staff
All exhibition booth staff must be registered prior to the conference to receive name tags and exhibition entry.

For exhibitors booking one booth, two (2) FULL registrations will be available.

Details relating to registering exhibition booth staff will be available in the Exhibitor Information Kit.

Registration Payment
+ Registration forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration
+ Registration fees can be paid by Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, American Express and
   Diners – you will see “Vertical Events” on your credit card statement
+ A 4% surcharge will be added to ALL Amercian Express and Diners Charges
+ Please make cheques payable to Vertical Events
+ Each delegate will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice

Cancellation
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical Events
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made on those cancellations received before     Wednesday 5 August 2009.
3. No refunds will be made after 5 August 2009.
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference
