CANCELLATION
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical
Events
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made on those
cancellations received before 09 October 2010.
3. No refunds will be made after 09 October 2010.
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.
