Delegate Information

Early Bird and Standard Registration includes attendance to the presentations and Exhibition Area, lunches and tea breaks each day and attendance to the Conference Cocktail Function on Tuesday 17 June 2014.

PAYMENT:
+ Registration forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration
+ Registration fees can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners
   – you will see “Vertical Events” on your credit card statement
+ A 2.64% surcharge will be added to ALL American Express and a 4% surcharge added to Diners Charges
+ Please make cheques payable to Vertical Events
+ Delegates will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice

CANCELLATION:
1. All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical Events
2. A full refund, less an administration fee will be made on those cancellations received before Friday Friday 16 May 2014
3. No refunds will be made after Friday 16 May 2014
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference
