Translation
In order to help you communicate freely with foreign
business counterparts at your booth, interpreter services
are available to exhibitors for hire. Price for Booth
Interpreter is RMB1500 for the duration of exhibition
open times. Please tell us your requirements before
10 October 2013 by email to info@china-mining.org.
Meeting Room Rental
During the conference, there will be meeting rooms available
for exhibitors and delegates to use for company meetings.
These rooms will be available on a first-come - first-served
basis. If you wish to use a meeting room during the
conference, please contact us at info@china-mining.org.
Printing Service
For your convenience, printing service will be offered
by the organizer before this year's event. The service
will be charged. If you need to print your brochure
or Advertising, please contact us and send your documents
to us before October 10, 2013 to info@china-mining.org.
Document Format: PDF High resolution Acrobat PDFs.
Resolution: 300dpi. All colors CMYK. All fonts embedded.
Storage Service
In N1 Exhibition Hall, one FREE Storage Area and one
charging Storage Area are arranged for Exhibitors. Free
Storage Area is free of charge, and Organizer doesn't
take any responsibilities for loses. Service Counter
is in the Lobby of the Venue Service Area of the Registration
Desks.
Free Wifi
Free WIFI will be available to all attendees for the
duration of the conference.
