+ A 2.64% surcharge will
be added to ALL Amercian Express and a 4% surcharge

+ Delegates will receive
a confirmation letter and tax invoice
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will only be refunded, less a 40% administration
fee, if a written request is received before 30 September
2013. No refunds will be made after 30 September 2013.
