PAYMENT
+ Registration forms must be accompanied by payment
+ Registration fees can be paid by Visa, Mastercard and American Express
– you will see “Vertical Events” on your credit card statement
+ A 2.64% surcharge will be added to all American Express charges and a 1% surcharge added to all Visa and MasterCard charges
+ Please make cheques payable to Mining 2000 Pty Ltd
+ Delegates will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice

CANCELLATION
All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to Vertical Events prior to Wednesday 3 October 2018. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference. No refunds for cancellations made after Wednesday 3 October 2018.
